Who these terms are with

This website is operated by JTCS Buildings, located at 10 Washington Ave, Burley, ID 83318. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean JTCS Buildings, and “you” means the person using the site.

What this website is

This site is an informational and marketing website for a portable building dealership. It describes buildings we sell as an authorized, certified dealer of Stor-Mor Portable Buildings, lists starting prices, and lets you request a quote. You cannot complete a purchase on this website. Purchases happen in person, over the phone, or through the Stor-Mor Portable Buildings platforms we link to.

Prices on this site

Every price shown on this website is a starting price for the smallest standard configuration in that category. Starting prices are not offers, not quotes, and not final prices. Size, siding, roof style, doors, windows, options, delivery distance, and applicable taxes all change the final number.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Current, configured pricing for a specific building is shown on the Stor-Mor Portable Buildings inventory platform we link to, or in a written quote from us. If a price on this site is wrong because of a typographical or data error, we are not obligated to honor it, and we will tell you the correct price before you commit to anything.

Quotes, availability, and orders

• A quote we give you is good for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, assume prices may change.
• Buildings shown on this site are examples of what we sell. They are not a representation that a specific building is on the lot right now. Availability changes as buildings sell and shipments arrive.
• A purchase becomes binding when you and we sign a written purchase agreement or rent-to-own agreement, not when you submit a form on this site.
• The signed purchase agreement or rent-to-own agreement controls the terms of your purchase, including deposits, payment schedule, cancellation, build specifications, and delivery. Where that agreement and this website disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Quote form submissions

When you submit a form on this site, you are asking us to contact you, and you confirm the information you provided is accurate and that the phone number is one you are allowed to receive calls and texts at. Submitting a form does not create a contract and does not reserve a building.

Third-party platforms and links

This site links to the Stor-Mor Portable Buildings 3D building designer and online inventory, to mapping services, and to our social media profiles. Those services are operated by other companies. We do not control their content, availability, pricing displays, or privacy practices, and these terms do not apply once you leave this site. Any transaction you complete on a third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms.

Product descriptions, photos, and specifications

We work to describe buildings accurately, and we would rather talk you out of the wrong size than sell it to you. Even so, colors on a screen differ from colors in daylight, photographs and illustrations may show optional features that are not standard, and manufacturer specifications can change. The specifications in your signed purchase agreement are the ones that govern what gets built.

Warranties

Buildings we sell carry the manufacturer’s warranty from Stor-Mor Portable Buildings, subject to that warranty’s own terms, exclusions, and claim process. We will help you make a warranty claim and we will tell you honestly whether we think it is covered.

Separately from any product warranty, this website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of inaccuracies, and to the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law we disclaim implied warranties relating to the website itself. Nothing in this paragraph limits the manufacturer’s product warranty or any right you have that cannot be waived under law.

Permits, zoning, HOA rules, and site conditions

You are responsible for determining whether a building is permitted where you intend to put it. That includes building permits, zoning, setback distances, easements, floodplain rules, and HOA covenants. We will give you the exact footprint, height, and roof style of any building we sell so you have the numbers your local office will ask for, but we do not research or guarantee local requirements on your behalf, and information on this site is not legal advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

• Submit false information, or someone else’s contact information without their permission.
• Send automated submissions, scrape the site at a volume that degrades it, or attempt to breach it.
• Copy substantial portions of the site’s content for a competing commercial site.
• Do anything unlawful, or anything that interferes with another person’s use of the site.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, illustrations, and design of this website belong to JTCS Buildings or are used with permission. Stor-Mor Portable Buildings names, logos, and product imagery belong to that manufacturer. You may share links to this site freely. You may not republish its content as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, JTCS Buildings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit our obligations under a signed purchase agreement, the manufacturer’s warranty, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to hold JTCS Buildings harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Cassia County, Idaho, and you and we consent to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the “last updated” date at the top, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary.
