Who we are

JTCS Buildings is a portable building dealer located at 10 Washington Ave, Burley, ID 83318. You can reach us at 208-312-8699 or info@jtcsbuildings.com. This policy applies to this website and to information you send us through it.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us, and what your browser sends.

Information you give us

• Quote and contact forms. Your name, phone number, and (depending on the form) your email address, ZIP code, the building you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
• Calls and text messages. If you call or text 208-312-8699, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us. We may keep notes about your project so we can pick up the conversation where it left off.
• Email. Anything you send to info@jtcsbuildings.com.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data. Pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and time on page.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Small files stored by your browser that let analytics tools recognize a returning visit. See the Cookies section below.

How we use it

• To answer your question, quote your building, and schedule delivery.
• To contact you about a quote you requested, by phone, text, or email.
• To process an order, a rent-to-own application, or a delivery.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to resolve disputes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it to data brokers.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with parties who need it to do the thing you asked us to do:

• Stor-Mor Portable Buildings, the manufacturer whose buildings we sell, when your order, custom design, or warranty question has to go to the factory.
• Delivery and setup crews, who need your address, phone number, and site details to deliver the building.
• Rent-to-own and finance providers, if you apply for rent-to-own. Those companies have their own privacy policies covering what they collect on their forms.
• Service providers who run this website, our email, and our analytics.
• Law enforcement or courts, when we are legally required to, or when it is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.

If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction. You would be notified through this site if that happens.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising. Both use cookies and both share limited data with their respective providers. They tell us things like how many people visited the shop page and which ads brought them, not who you are personally.

You can limit this at any time:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available from Google.
• Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
• Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supporting browser. We honor GPC signals where they apply.

Blocking cookies does not break the site. The quote form, the phone links, and every page work the same either way.

Phone calls and text messages

When you submit a form or send us a text, you are asking us to get back to you, and we will, by phone, text, or email. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We do not send marketing text blasts. If we ever start a text marketing program, it will be opt-in only, and you can stop it any time by replying STOP.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax, warranty, and legal obligations. Records tied to a completed purchase are kept longer than an unanswered inquiry, because warranty and title questions come up years later. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not store payment card numbers on this website and we do not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or copies of identification through any form on this site. If someone asks you for that through a form claiming to be us, it is not us.

Your choices

• Ask what we have. Contact us and we will tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct it. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
• Delete it. Ask and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
• Stop hearing from us. Tell us to stop contacting you and we will.

To exercise any of these, call or text 208-312-8699 or email info@jtcsbuildings.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and we will not charge you for it.

Children

This site is meant for adults buying buildings. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to the Stor-Mor Portable Buildings 3D building designer and online inventory, and to our social media profiles. Those are operated by other companies under their own privacy policies. When you leave this site, this policy stops applying.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
